House and grounds rules - for respectful coexistence

Welcome to Fischergut – a place steeped in history, nature, and hospitality. To ensure a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules. They promote respectful coexistence and protect our community and the environment.



1. Nighttime quiet hours & noise level

  • Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM in the entire outdoor area (garden, terrace, courtyard).
  • Music, loud talking or outdoor parties will no longer be allowed from then on.
  • From this time onwards, we also ask that you be considerate of other guests indoors.
  • Our rural surroundings carry noises particularly far – please keep your voices down.


2. Behavior in outdoor areas

  • Our property is a pleasant place to relax. However, please behave in a way that does not disturb anyone – including our neighbors.
  • Loudspeakers may only be used outdoors at room volume.
  • No shouting or making noise.


3. Alcohol and drugs

  • Alcohol consumption in a self-determined and responsible manner is permitted.
  • Excesses or drinking games are not permitted.
  • Drugs are strictly prohibited.
  • Violations will result in immediate termination of the stay at the guest's own expense.


4. Supervision & Responsibility

  • For groups, a responsible adult must be designated who is available at all times and ensures compliance with the rules.
  • This person is responsible for the group's behavior.


5. Damage & Cleanliness

  • The house, its furnishings, and the grounds must be treated with care.
  • Any damage incurred must be reported immediately and must also be paid for.
  • The group is liable for willful damage; in case of doubt, the named person is liable.
  • Please leave rooms and common areas tidy and clean.


6. Waste & Environment

  • Please separate the waste as indicated – residual waste, plastic, paper, glass.
  • We are a farm – please be mindful of using resources sustainably.


7. Barbecues & Fire Pits

  • Barbecuing and open fires are only permitted in the fire bowl by prior arrangement. Under no circumstances are they allowed on the grass! They are only permitted in the designated gravel areas.


8. Visit from outside

  • External visitors are only allowed by prior arrangement.
  • We want and need to know who is on our premises – also for security reasons.


9. Animals

  • Animals may only be brought along after prior consultation and explicit permission.
  • Please ensure that no animals enter the pastures or come into contact with our sheep.


10. Respectful coexistence

  • We expect all guests to behave respectfully, kindly and responsibly – towards other people, the house, animals and nature.


In cases of serious violations, we reserve the right to terminate your stay prematurely. This should not happen – and if everyone adheres to these rules, nothing stands in the way of a wonderful stay at the Fischergut Nature Resort!
