When you meet other people – always greet them politely (we all greet each other in the countryside (unless we're angry with each other). In the city, you'll probably get funny looks if you greet "strangers"... ;-)). The general rule is: better too often than not often enough.
Please respect our facilities and treat them with care.

Please always close the entrance gate so that no children can run into the street...

Always close the windows (including skylights) before leaving your holiday apartment. You open/close the skylights by pressing and holding a button in the apartment for a long time...
If you break something: It happens. But: please report it proactively…

No baby diapers or wipes in the toilet…
Do NOT walk across the tall grass. You will permanently damage the animals' food source (by bending the stalks).
DO NOT go onto pastures/paddocks/alpine meadows with dogs (especially if you see that there are babies/young animals present)
DO NOT go onto the pastures/paddocks/alpine meadows without being accompanied by the farmer.
DO NOT feed the animals bread (ruminants will die from it!)
Do NOT frighten the animals (e.g., wild animals such as deer,…)
DO NOT touch the electric fence – this can really hurt children…
Allowing small children to play unsupervised (danger sources include ponds)
